Check out our sleek real estate web design for Shaylene Neumann. This was a fun site to work with as I love and own horses. Niche websites are a great way to market into YOUR audience. Don’t try to be everything to everyone.
Built on WordPress, Shaylene owns her site. We used the powerful and search engine friendly www.mybuyingbuddy.com for her IDX. It’s one of the best WordPress full IDX/CRM plugins on the market.
We are polishing up the newsletter section which will be geared to equestrian events, how to buy property with a barn, lots of how to buy horse property tips.
This new real estate web design has a contemporary look, very clean, easy to navigate. Molly Miller specializes in luxury real estate in New Hampshire and MA. Molly’s boutique brokerage, Mountainside Properties focuses on the nuances of luxury listings and buyers. She is an accredited Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and experienced in selling high end properties.
Stop by and see her beautiful new site. 2017 real estate web trends have been about clean design and a great mobile experience. We expect 2018 to continue with less clutter, great typography and an engaging mobile experience.
Check out this custom real estate web design built on Word Press. I believe this is one of our best web designs to date. We have their site wrapping around Kunversion without taking the visitor off the site (exception is the Quick Search). It has taken us months to figure out how to do this and allow their KV website to work properly within Word Press.
I’m very proud of this one and with hours of input and late nights from Andrea Harlan. I have customized their KV site to match, working on internal page photos before I show everyone.
We developed this site for The Chris Druesedow Team using the latest technology and his understanding of previous Kenai real estate and Soldotna real estate websites that he successfully owns. Everything that Chris touches turns to sold!
Chris requested a clean upscale design, along with a custom map. Here is a little background about Chris Druesedow.
CHRIS DRUESEDOW – TEAM LEADER
Chris Druesedow grew up on the Kenai Peninsula enjoying everything it had to offer. Chris graduated from Nikiski High School in 1994 and with great tradition in my family, joined the Navy. He served in the Navy from 1994 to 2010 and lived in some great places including Hawaii, San Diego, and Seattle. Chris was even more lucky to travel to about 20 different countries here in the Pacific. A truly amazing time to not only serve his country but see the world.
However in all his travels, nothing has to offer what the Kenai Peninsula does and so he came home to be close to family and friends and start his second career in Anchorage real estate. Chris enjoys many activities in his spare time and helping out in the local community. Learn more about Anchorage Real Estate and The Chris Druesedow Team.
In 2007, we launched a wildly successful website for Jackie Youngblood, www.SkipTheOutfit.com. We have updated Jackie’s site with this fun new design.
“The idea was never about ‘clothing’, or the lack thereof”, states Jackie, “but rather about catering to a market that is looking for the types of beautiful homes that I sell. I’ll bare it all for my clients. Absolutely!”
While niche marketing may not be for everyone, it is good to understand and target your audience with relevant content, design and desire.
